Is the quality as good?
See for yourself: 3 samples for £5. Every tile is tested to the European tile standard (EN 14411).
Are they top-quality tiles?
Yes. First quality only, never factory rejects. Anything that fails our check doesn't ship.
Will big tiles be flat?
Yes. Edges are machine-cut straight and every batch is checked for flatness, so tiles sit level with no callbacks.
Will the shade match?
Yes. Every tile in your order comes from the same batch, so the colour matches.
What if some arrive broken?
Photo it on the delivery note and we replace it.

Questions
Do I need an account?
No. Order samples straight from this page. When your client has chosen, tell us the tile and how many m², and we'll send a price and a VAT invoice.
How fast are samples and tiles?
Samples are posted from the UK and arrive in 1–3 working days. Full orders take 8–10 weeks because they come by sea, so order when your client pays their deposit.
How much should I order?
Measure the area and add 10–15% for cuts and a spare box. Order all the tiles for a job at once, so they come from one batch.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum per tile. Delivery is charged per pallet, and one pallet holds about 45m² of 60×120.
Where are the tiles made?
In checked porcelain factories in Foshan, China. Test reports for strength and floor grip are available for every tile.
Do you invoice with VAT?
Yes. Prices are shown before VAT, and every order comes with a UK VAT invoice.
